Who we are
Car Keys Kirkland is a mobile car key service in Kirkland, Washington. “We” and “us” in this policy mean Car Keys Kirkland.
Information you give us
When you call us or send a quote request, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include:
- Your name and phone number
- Your vehicle’s year, make, model and VIN
- The service you need and any details you add
- Where your car is (a ZIP code, neighborhood or address), so we can meet you there
- Proof of ownership we ask to see before making a key
The Request a Quote form
When you press Submit Request, your answers are sent securely (HTTPS) to our dispatch system, which runs on Cloudflare, so the person who sends a technician can call you back.
To block automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to tell people from bots. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in the form. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Information from this website
This website does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. When you open a page, the site sends our dispatch system a short note about the visit: the page, the website that linked you here (if any), your IP address, the approximate area that address points to (city, region and country), and your device and browser type. We use these notes to see how people find us and to spot abuse, and we keep them for up to 90 days. Our web host, Hostinger, may also log basic technical information to keep the site secure and running.

- To answer your call or quote request and prepare a quote
- To provide the service you ask for, including meeting you at your car
- To confirm vehicle ownership before making a key
- To keep business records we’re required to keep
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate, such as our phone service and Cloudflare (website hosting, email delivery and spam protection), and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it. We don’t add you to marketing lists.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete information you’ve shared, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Children
Our service is for adults who own or are responsible for a vehicle. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
