Where we meet you
Because we come to the car, the visit happens wherever it’s parked. The most common places:
- At home, in a driveway, carport or on the street
- Apartment and condo garages, which are everywhere from downtown to Totem Lake
- Work parking lots, so you don’t have to leave the office
- Shopping center and grocery lots, if that’s where the key went missing
Make the visit quick
- Send the exact location. Address plus a landmark, and the level and spot number if you’re in a garage.
- Share access details. Gate codes, a call box name, or who can let us into a secured garage.
- Call from street level if you can. Garage signal can be patchy underground.
- Have ID and your registration or title ready. We check ownership before making a key.
